RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Welcome to BEKAE. We strive to provide high-quality apparel and an excellent shopping experience.

As our products are printed on demand and manufactured specifically after an order is placed through our fulfillment partner, certain return limitations apply.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

At BEKAE, all products are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect color preference selected by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Personal preference issues
  • Minor variations in color due to screen displays
  • Measurement tolerance up to ±0.5 inches

Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order.


2. Eligible Returns & Replacements

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a defective item
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a misprinted product
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was lost during transit and officially declared lost by the courier

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


3. Evidence Required For Claims

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the original packaging
  • An unboxing video showing the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


4. Size Exchange Policy

We strongly recommend checking our size chart before purchasing.

Since every product is printed specifically for your order, we do not offer free size exchanges.

If an incorrect size was ordered by the customer, a replacement order will need to be purchased at the customer's expense.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be approved in the following situations:

Approved Refund Cases

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Product was misprinted
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Order was officially declared lost in transit

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.


6. Return To Origin (RTO) Orders

Orders may be returned to origin due to:

  • Customer unavailable at delivery
  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Customer unreachable
  • Customer refused delivery
  • COD amount unavailable

In such cases:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer before re-dispatch.
  • Refunds are not provided for RTO orders caused by customer actions.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled because products are custom-made after purchase.


8. Color & Print Variations

Actual product colors may slightly differ from website images due to:

  • Different monitor settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Printing process limitations

Such minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Our team will review your request within 2-5 business days.


10. Consumer Rights (India)

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable Indian laws, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

BEKAE reserves the right to verify all claims before approving any refund, replacement, or exchange.
