1. Order Processing
BEKAE operates as a Print-on-Demand clothing store.
All products are manufactured after an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch.
Order processing times may be extended during:
- Festivals and public holidays
- Seasonal sales
- High order volumes
- Unexpected operational delays
Business days mean Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India.
Delivery availability depends on courier service coverage.
At this time, we do not guarantee international shipping unless explicitly stated on our website.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations that are not serviceable by our delivery partners.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Such offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available).
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

- Street address
- Landmark (if applicable)

- PIN code
- Mobile number
BEKAE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts & Return To Origin (RTO)
Orders may be returned to us by the courier if:
- Customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
- Incorrect address is provided
- Customer refuses delivery
- Customer cannot be contacted
- COD amount is unavailable at delivery (if COD is offered)
In such cases:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Re-shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
- Refunds will not be provided for customer-caused RTO orders.
8. Delayed Shipments
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- High seasonal demand
- Courier network issues
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Technical or operational disruptions
BEKAE is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.
9. Lost Packages
A package may be considered lost only after confirmation from the courier partner.
If an order is officially declared lost in transit, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund after verification.
Customers must contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date if they suspect a shipment issue.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a claim, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the package
- An unboxing video
Failure to provide supporting evidence may affect claim eligibility.
11. Partial Shipments
In certain situations, multiple products in a single order may be shipped separately.
Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
Additional shipping charges will not be imposed unless explicitly disclosed during checkout.
